-         Little  and filled pasta shapes: raviolo, tortellino, tortello, cappelletto, caramella


Needed tools to attend the course:

- Knife to cut the pasta  
- Kitchen jagger
- Pasta table (wooden material of at least 1 mt ) 
- Rolling Pin
